Delete account
The simplest way is from the app: Settings → Delete account. It happens right away.
Request from the web
If you no longer have the app, write to us here. Use the address you signed in with.
What gets deleted
- The account: your name, e-mail address, and the link to Google or Apple.
- The internal number, the number shown on calls, and notification settings.
- The call list and the notifications in the app.
What is kept
Receipts and invoices, five years, because the law asks for it. They hold no card details.
How long it takes
At most 30 days from the moment you confirm the request.
