Farse Telefonice

Terms and conditions

Last updated: 9 October 2026.

A document of service rules with three rules ticked or crossed out

1. The service

Farse Telefonice lets you place phone calls from the app or from the web interface, over the internet, with a caller number set on your account.

2. Your account

You need an account created with Google, Apple, an e-mail code, or by someone at your company. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account.

3. What you may not do

Call hidden or with a hidden identity; show a number that is not yours; harass, threaten or deceive; run automated marketing calls without consent; call emergency numbers as a test.

4. Emergency numbers

The service does not guarantee calls to 112 and does not send your location. Use the normal phone network for emergencies.

5. Credit and payments

Calls use credit you top up in advance. Credit is not refundable once used. Prices are shown before you pay. Payment goes through Stripe, Apple or Google, under their terms.

6. Suspension

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the network at risk, with notice where that is possible.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for outages at other operators, for your internet connection, or for indirect losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published here with its date. Using the service after that means you accept them.

9. Law

Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania.
