I hear nothing during a call
Open Settings → Diagnostics in the app and check that the microphone is allowed. Take the phone off silent.
Why does a different number show when I call?
The number set on your account is the one that shows. Ask whoever created your account to change it to your number.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the form here.
